Last night I sorted through the recipes I have in reserve to make new meal plans. There are lots. My desserts file is overflowing.
Sometimes I get a wild hare and do a recipe I haven’t planned just because it looks good. I find recipes from friends, in cooking magazines and cookbooks, and of course on line.
I came across a (new to me) take on Mac & Cheese with fried onions. This is from The New York Times (Click here) in a collection with ten other interesting recipes.
